Welcome Home Cleaning Services has been providing services since May of 2003. We are not a franchise, we are a small company of super talented employees and a route manager. Our personal commitment to you is that once you invite us into your home we will work hard to keep you as a happy client!

We take every step to make sure that we know our employees well. In addition, we perform criminal background checks and mandatory random drug testing. It is very important for us to know our employees and hire only employees with integrity and no criminal history. We listen to our employees and their needs and make changes for them when needed. This is all to insure that you can trust us in your home! It is that important to us.

Every employee is thoroughly trained in the areas of cleaning. They know what products to use that will make your
home look great without damaging any surface. Whether you have marble, concrete, granite, terrazzo tile or wood, you can rest assured that our staff will not use a product that will ruin your surface. Due to our training procedures, please note that although you may request that we use your products, we cannot guaratee cleanings where we do not specifically use ours. We simply cannot ask our staff to use products that they have not been properly trained to utilize. If you do require special products/equipement to be used in your home, please give us a call and we will happily refer you to other industry professionals in your area who may accomidate your request. Otherwise, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee* on our work!

We use top of the line commerical products, many of which are all natural and Green Sealed certified. We use a hospital grade germacidal to kill unwanted germs in your home which eliminates the need for bleach. Although we are not an all natural cleaning company, we do strive to find products that will smell good, clean well, and will not harm our employee's health, your health, your surfaces, or the enviroment.

Please note that we do not charge a cancellation or a rescheduling fee if we are given 24 hour notice, therefore any time we are locked out or are turned away at the last minute we will charge $25.00.

*Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, then we will return and fix the problem until you are 100% satisfied with it. 100% satisfaction guarantee is enforced as long as the home is seen within 24 hours. We do not guarantee cleanings where our supplies are not used.
